# Fella Land TAX

The Land TAX is a system created to give Rugger a LiL punch.

This system is also created to help fella blooms continuously increase their Floor Price and provide more cash back for the community.

### TAX Rules

* Selling Blooms below one near or below the purchase price will be subject to tax.
* When hit by TAX, royalties will increase to 65% (Community: 60%, Team: 3.5%, Infrastructure: 1.5%).
* Royalty that changes only on the Community wallet.
* Ruger would cry on edge biting his fingernails.
